I just never showered at school, most of us didn't after gym. Even on swim team we showered in our suits or privately.

Public showers are the primary reason I didn’t want to go to public HS. It’s the only good thing about the cult HS I went to 🤷🏼♀️

I’m from South Africa and we don’t have communal showers ANYWHERE. It’s always been VERY strange when we watch American TV and this is the case😳😳
