Make sure that you’re eating enough to lift heavier, push stronger. You want to make sure you’re challenging yourself with different styles of training. You don’t HAVE to lift heavy all the time to see results. -eat enough for your body & goals -try different styles of training (tempo, variations, reps, techniques) -rest -don’t be afraid to step outside of your comfort zone!
