Gingerbread cinnamon rolls recipe🥮🌟 Ingredients: 200 ml warm milk 40g sugar 1 egg (room temperature) 7g dry yeast 1/2 ts cinnamon  1/2 ts cardamom  1/2 ts ground ginger  1/3 ts ground nutmeg 60g melted or soft butter (NOT HOT) 430g flour  In a big bowl combine warm milk, sugar and yeast together. Let it sit 10 minutes. Add one egg, mix well with a whisk. Add spices, melted (but NOT HOT) butter and flour. Mix with a spatula first. Then knead the dough until soft and not sticky. If it’s sticky a bit, try to add some extra flour and continue to knead.  Cover with a towel and let the dough proof in a warm place. It should be double the size. Roll the dough into the big rectangle. Add your filling, distributing it evenly.  Cut in stripes and roll each one into the cute bun. Or roll the whole rectangle and then cut into 7-9 pieces using a knife or thread.  Add some left filling to the bottom of a baking dish. Put there your buns and let them proof for another 20-30 minutes.  Bake at 180C in the preheated oven.
