I always bought minced garlic in the jar because I hated peeling and chopping fresh garlic. the roasted garlic that just squeezes right out changed that. Love it! Thank you.

these freeze so well also! I usually roll into a log and wrap very well, and add a bit to my steak while it’s still hot, super yummy!
