Do not use 1080p unless you're partner. 6000kbps is barely enough for a clean 1080p30 fps stream. 6000kbps is the official cap for non partner streams

1080p + 60fps, works pretty decently on my end. mw2 is a tad choppy, but I think that's because it's unoptimized
