Get your midwife to do a stretch and sweep!!!! I got one done then that night I went into labour!!

swimming. Lots and lots of relaxinf in the water. It takes pressure off and relaxes you. And when your relaxed babies will come 😁 i swam all day on sat and had my boy on the sunday. They also say when ur in labour to have lots of showers as babies like the sound and it gets them
