OK, I’m not scared of it right now but if I was ever in person, I would be freaking out, but I feel like if you were with me I wouldn’t because you’d be like this is beautiful and be calm and you would show me the beauty. how do I teach my husband how to do that instead of also freaking out cause then we just have two freaked out people and I am obviously non-white presenting but half white and live in the Twin Cities and he wants to send me to Central or South America or Mexico for like four months because of what’s happening, but also last time I was in Mexico, the Airbnb was infested with cockroaches. I only stayed for about six hours and got out of there once you know nighttime came, but how do I deal with my OCD fear of bugs and insects?
