I have endometriosis and I highly recommend getting the one that is advertised for your back instead of the one for periods because it is bigger (1)

They also stick to fabric, so you can put them on the outside of the shirt to help keep the great constant without burning

They have ones for period cramps too!!! I use them all the time while working or if I HAVE to go out and the cramps are bad. I do get sweaty tho
