One Pot Creamy Cajun Chicken Pasta 😍 *full recipe below 👇🏻 Here’s what you need to make it: 2 chicken breasts 2 tbsp @justspices_uk Cajun seasoning 1 onion, diced 4 cloves of garlic, chopped 1 red pepper, diced 400g pasta 1 tin of tomatoes 500ml chicken stock 150g cream cheese 20g parsley, chopped 1. Cut the chicken into bite sized pieces, then coat it in half of the Cajun seasoning. 2. Heat some cooking oil in a large pot over a medium to high heat. Cook the chicken until there are no more pink bits. 3. Add in the onion and cook until it softens, about five minutes. 4. Chuck in the red pepper and garlic and continue to cook for a couple more minutes. 5. Pour in the tinned tomatoes and the chicken stock. Add in the remaining Cajun seasoning, then stir in the pasta. 6. Cover with a lid, then simmer over a medium heat for about 15 minutes. Stir occasionally to ensure the pasta isn’t sticking to the bottom of the pan. 7. Once the pasta is cooked, stir through the cream cheese and chopped parsley. 8. Taste for seasoning. Then dish it up.
