@potsandpanspieco: So you want to talk about lard? Why do we use lard in our classic crust? Other than we love the flavor and texture it imparts to our crust it's been around forever! There's so much history to it. It's something that has gone from being a staple in cooking and baking to being an animal byproduct you can find many tossing, it's important to us that we use it. We work with local farmer so everything is staying within our own community. We understand that lard isn't for everyone so when you order from us just look for the green leaf 🌿, that leaf indicates our all-butter crust.
