Every parent knows that first-week-of-school feeling… Your child says their stomach hurts. They’re extra quiet. They cling a little tighter before drop-off. Most parents think: ✨ “It’s just nerves — they’ll grow out of it.” ✨ “I just need to keep encouraging them.” ✨ “This is part of school life.” But the truth is… Those stomach aches aren’t just nerves. Your child’s brain and gut are literally talking to each other — and when they feel stressed, their gut reacts. Maybe you’ve tried: 📚 Talking it through 🥞 Making their favorite breakfast 🛏 Giving extra rest …and they still walk into school feeling anxious, distracted, and unsettled. Just like we support our kids with good nutrition for their bodies, we can support the gut-brain connection so they feel calmer, more focused, and ready to learn. That’s why I love what I call our “mood stick” It’s a natural blend of saffron, holy basil, and rosemary that works with the gut-brain axis to: 💛 Promote calm 💛 Support focus in class 💛 Help with mood balance all day long Because when our kids feel good on the inside, they show up as their best selves on the outside — in school and at home. 💬 Comment MOOD and I’ll send you the info.
