@hayleys.worldx: Slow cooker Chinese chicken curry. Stunning!! Love the ease of this too, so get 3 chicken breasts (the pack of chicken weighed 550g) season with salt, pepper, 1/4 tsp of Chinese five spice, pinch of chilli flakes, add 2 chopped onions, 200g sliced mushrooms (keep onions and mushrooms as chunky as possible) tsp lazy garlic, then add 150g curry paste which is mixed with 500ml boiling water, pour over and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 like I did! Take chicken out after 4 hours and shred it with forks, add it back to the curry and stir and give it another 5-10 mins - then it’s ready to serve! Serves 4 portions! ♥️♥️ #fyp #slowcooker
