Air fry on 190C for 15 mins, shaking every 5 mins. For the bolognese fry the onion and mushrooms in oil spray for a few mins to soften then add the beef mince and fry for a further 3-4 mins.  Add the passsta, beef stock, black pepper, mixed herbs, bay leaf, garlic granules & sugar along with 250ml of boiling water. Mix well and simmer for 8-10 minutes or until the water has evaporated then remove the bay leaf.
