Best bet is to go to a local auto paint supplier & ask , I would use a maguire or 3m product but availability may be an issue

Try 3M polishing compound. It’s a 2 stage process I think.

The big swirl marks I’ve had tell me it’s the green type of wash brush bristles are to abrasive. I’m sure someone will tell you. Black is the worse
