my eyes appear to be be dirty ( like the brown) I do have a brown dot in my eye over the years another one appeared on the same eye. Now my other eye is also becoming dirty . 😭 I don’t even wear eyelashes. My eyes are tired from time to time. I don’t know what’s wrong, I’ve seen drs who told me these nothing to worry about it , I do wear glasses.
