I wash my face&wait till my skin is BONE dry that it gets uncomfortable then i apply a pea sized amount&dont layer anything&it ITCHES LIKE CRAZY - 1

I always put moistruizer under it with a little bit of occlusion, wait 10 minutes and then apply this and it works for my super sensitive skin

It’s an ester …. Mix with water breaks those bonds…. Probably converts to acid. Hence the burning.
