Regulating my nervous system was one of the last things I dedicated to in my ~wellness journey~ and now it’s the first thing I start with my clients. It will skip you so much guess & check (and time). I’m still a constant work in progress, and of course have flare ups when I get lazy with my practice.  MY ACNE JOURNEY- would have been cut in half if I had started by learning how to properly regulate my nervous system. There would be good patches, and then bad flare ups, and it was a constant game of holding my breath and hoping for the best. Thats why I sound like a broken record when I preach on the nervous system- calm down the body & mind, and it will reflect in every other area of life.  I know firsthand what the difference in my mood and mental, spiritual, and physical health. Starting and ending my day by focusing on my nervous system was the greatest thing I did for my health this year.  And I want to end the year by teaching my clients the same through my BLACK FRIDAY DEAL- first month is only $99 for December. Launching tomorrow 11/20! Everyone thinks it’s best to wait until the after the holidays when you have “time”, but we can start getting intentional together now.
