Put the glide guides on wrong, need to be lower and hitting only the bottom corner of the door, otherwise it will just rub off your paint

Couple of things i noticed like doors top needs paint and the guide needs to be lower and touching the bottom of the door so it wont scrape the paint

u probably should give a warning that if uts a load bearing wall, they'll need to place a beam above that door
