@jacobzemer: Chest day has always been a favorite of mine. I’m going to take you through one of my standard routines that hits the chest from every angle. 1️⃣ Decline bench press (4 sets/6-10 reps): I can load this heavy and it works both my pec major and minor. 2️⃣ One-arm bench press (4 sets/10 reps): I get a super deep stretch and it forces my core to engage. 3️⃣ Chest flies (3 sets/15 reps): Gets a deep stretch in the pecs and is less dangerous than dumbbell flies. ➡️ Superset with push-ups to near failure: It’s great to finish workouts with high repetitions. #chestworkout #upperbody #upperbodywork #upperbodyworkout #pecs #workoutvids #workoutvideo #training #muscle #personaltrainer #nyctrainer #nycfitnesstrainer #nycfitfam
