I have finnaly found it im back on hrt i couldnt with those symptoms.. i buyed online teaspoons for measure on every teaspoon there is a dose 1/4 1/8 1/2 … i first started 10 am 1/8 teaspoon(half pump) and then normally you should do 10 pm but i apy it 20pm for better sleep also half pump 1/8 and before bed utrogestan.. the reason its nog stable is because the pump always deliver diffrent dossage is not messured like a pill.. try that it works
