@jennnnaaayy: #FriedRice Cheats Fried Rice 1 pkt microwave rice (family pack) 1 tbspn extra virgin olive oil 1 tbspn minced garlic 1/2 tspn minced ginger 2 cups Frozen veggies of choice 2 eggs 1 tbspn Hoisin sauce 2 tbspn Soy Sauce Pepper (and salt to taste) ✔️ Heat up fry pan and add oil, garlic and ginger ✔️ Simmer for a minute or so ✔️ Add frozen veggies & combine (I also added fresh sliced spring onions) ✔️ Push to one side and add in eggs ✔️ Whisk together with a fork and mix into veg ✔️ Add in packet of rice (squeeze pack first to loosen rice clumps) ✔️ Add sauces and mix together ✔️ Taste test and add salt & pepper as required ✔️ Serve warm or cold 🥰
