Ingredients 1/2 cup white sugar 1/2 cup light brown sugar ½ cup unsalted butter, softened 4 large eggs 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple with juice 5 slices white bread cut into cubes Directions -Preheat the oven to 350F. -Grease a pie dish with butter.
-Beat sugar and butter together in a large mixing bowl with an electric mixer until creamy. -Beat in eggs, one at a time. -Stir in cinnamon, nutmeg, crushed pineapple and bread. -transfer to the prepared pie dish.
-Bake until bubbly and lightly browned on top, about 50 minutes
