FULL RECIPE ⬇️ INGREDIENTS - 2 - 6 oz fillets - Ghee - Pasta of choice - Arugula - Extra Virgin Olive Oil - Fresh Grated Parmesan - Seasonings: Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder - Urbani White Truffles - Urbani Kaluga Hybrid Caviar DIRECTIONS 1. Let steaks come to room temp, pat steaks dry, and season. 2. Meanwhile boil and make pasta. 3. Once pasta is done, sear steaks in ghee over medium high heat for 4-5 min per side for medium rare. Remove and let rest. 4. Lower heat of pan, add in a handful of arugula. Sauté then add in pasta, olive oil, seasonings and a little bit of pasta water. 5. Slice steak.
