I pressure cook! Five minutes in cooker, five minute natural release and five minutes in ice water. They peel perfect and turn out perfect every time!

Perfect hard boiled eggs- 1. Eggs in pan with water over the top with a pinch of salt and 2 teaspoons of vegetable/canola oil. Bring to boil.
