Yayyy~~ 🤩 Let’s have Porridge & Steamed Chicken, with Special Sauce!🌶️ 🍥INGREDIENTS:🍥 📝Porridge:🥣 40g rice 20ml water 📌(Note : you can adjust the amount of water/rice if you like to cook rice instead of porridge. Remember that, during steaming process, steam water will be collected in the juice collector) 📝Steamed Chicken & Broccoli : 🍗🥦 4 chicken wings 4 chicken thighs 1 clove of garlic (slices) 1 chili (slices) 6 slices of ginger 1 broccoli 📝Sauce: 🌶️ 5 cloves of garlic 4 stalk of spring onions Half ginger diced 3 red chilies and 3 green chilies 3 tsp of lime juice (estimated from 2 limes) Salt & sugar to taste 👩🏻‍🍳Method👩🏻‍🍳 ▶️Pour water into the water tank ▶️Put rice inside the juice collector and add around 20ml of water. ▶️Place the chicken inside the steam basket and put slices of ginger, chilies and garlic on top of the chicken. Set the timer to 2️⃣0️⃣ minutes ▶️While steaming the chicken and porridge, lets make the sauce for our chicken! ▶️Put ginger, chilies, spring onion and garlic. Set the blending speed to No. 1️⃣, and blend. ▶️Add in lime juice, salt and sugar to taste.
