My theory is because my husband is taller than me so the water hits him sooner cause when I put it on handle I lower the temp

You want to know why it stops at 120? 😅 after 120F is when human skin starts taking damage from heat. That’s when your first degree burns start 😅

Once I was staying at a hotel in Tokyo and I underestimated how hot the water came from the tap and I filled the entire bath up and when I stuck in my foot I literally got a 1st degree burn-
