@foodstagram.ie: Better late than never, here’s my top 5 eats in Madrid! 🇪🇸 1. @lamarucavelazquez for an outstanding dinner! We celebrated our anniversary here and it was stunning. The plates were full of colours and flavour but the grilled squid and the cheesecake stole my heart. 2. @cavabaja17 You’re spoiled for jaw dropping tapas in Madrid but we were lucky to stumble upon this one. Huge portions, speedy service and a great valued meal. 3. @restaurante_botin is an institution for their roast suckling pig. They’re the oldest restaurant in the world according to @guinnessworldrecords As much as it pains me to say it as a Filipina, this was the best roast pork I’ve ever had. Sorry lechon! 4. @Hanso came highly recommended & you didn’t disappoint. A spot so good, we visited twice. Their coffee game is solid but its the brunch menu that had us go back for seconds. The okonomiyaki waffles are a game changer! 5. Finally and mandatory the @mercadosanmiguel , a trip to Madrid isn’t complete without a quick stop here.
