Make sure you seal all of that before you close it up again so the mice can’t get back in. There must be an entry point. 🐭

Omg! That is a crazy coincidence! I think the main probably was they didn’t make sure the joists were level & supported correctly!

yeesh.... uneven floors on a concrete slab... that was definitely a DIY add on at some point in time. might not hurt to inspect the concrete before you put all new floors in.

Oh my gosh, Lexi! My sunroom floor is concrete that they covered in tile and we want to raise it to the level of the adjoining room just like they did

I'm guessing the sunroom was an addition that they chose to put on an old patio. Would explain the concrete rather than crawl space!
