Hi! Ive heard that castor oil isn’t proven to help with hair growth, and it might cause matting. But I do know that rosemary oil and really helps!!❤️

It’s not going to help. You have to get a better shampoo or conditioner and a treatment ! I recommend Keratherapy.

Make sure you're not using any hair products that contained formaldehyde... like tressemme or OGX

I swear by biotin.. like it's the only vitamin I remember to take... just straight biotin... cvs brand and I use, I think it's the 5000mg

Castor oil can cause excessive shedding if not used properly! Just be careful using, love. I would opt for the Mielle hair oil. It’s diluted for use!
