As an insurance advisor, I would not advise just anybody to get such plan just to do IBC. Hindi talaga natin marereplicate 100% yung results sa US eh. 😅 not in the near future at least. Insurance costs are very different; structure differs as well. At the end of the day, a traditional whole life policy is mainly still best for the purpose of income protection, estate transfer, and/or pamana. Having the loanable cash values is a GREAT feature/added benefit, though, definitely! If anything, I would only recommend this to people with lots and lots of spare cash.
