What most people don't understand is that you pay for transportation from poin A to point B. Not a specific seat. Seat assignment is a courtesy only.

When we flew Spirit, we were delayed, delayed, arrived very late. Shortened trip by 1/2 day in. Was so delayed coming back, went to work from airport.
