if you actually want to try to regrow your hair I'd reccomend finasteride and topical minoxidil.

Hair loss and gray hair can be caused by vitamin deficiency. Also, never use pure oil of any kind on your skin w/o a carrier oil. 😉

Mix the rosemary with a barrier oil. Caster, jojoba, or argan oil. Also you don’t need a lot of rosemary!! Abt 4-6 drops. Don’t use coconut oil!!
