The Jurassic Coast is constantly changing and natural erosion plays a major role in exposing new fossils to find. Rough seas and heavy rain fall contribute to the cliffs becoming more unstable and falling over time. Fortunately these fossils can be found and saved before the sea has time to wear them down and destroy them.
