i think it’s harder to do from handstand so just go from standing get a big arm swing lift ur hips up and u will rotate faster and higher 👍🏽

I little tip is to make sure you’re going up instead of back and you are tucking your head in and keeping your knees to your chest for extra rotation

Jump up and not back,start with your arms forward and then throw into the backflip
