@lawbyodeh: You should stop complaining about your employer because the more you complain, the more your mind believes that you cannot do anything about it and the more power that you give to your employer to do whatever they want, even if the law is in your favor. You are not a slave to you employer. You might want to change jobs next month or even change your career next year, and maybe you don’t want to work for this family or employer. It doesn’t matter as long as you have the same complaining mindset, you will always feel like a victim no matter how many jobs you change.
