Does this cause kidney stones? ☹️I read that collagen supplements could cause them and I want to take one so bad but I don’t want to get kidney stones lol 😩

Collagen Powder is great but it’s not a protein replacement, its better to use as a addition to whatever form of protein you’re already taking

This collagen powder is disgusting, tastes/smells like stagnant water. The only way I could ingest it was by mixing it with fruit juice. Will try your tip though!
