yeah but they just want to cram the "40 hour work week" into 4 days. 14 hour days with commute is not what we need.

The extended hours in one day alone will still cause tiredness and stress making the extra day off needed. So it doesn’t change in my opinion.

I’ve been saying we need this for years. Better work/ life balance. With good rostering practices I can see this working in a lot of different fields

I’m already on a 3-4 day work week alternating every week and can happily say 11 hour shifts are worth it if you get more rnr at home.

it depend the company you work in. some company doesn't like this idea because for them is not fair as they need to pay for free.
