مكرونه الملفوف ايش نحتاج مكونات؟ ١ كوب مكرونه ١ كوب ورقيات (كزبره، بقدونس ،نعناع ناشف ) ١ كوب ملفوف ١ بصله كبيره ١ حبه عصير ليمون ١ خبز محمص او مقلي ١/٤ كوب زيت زيتون ٤ م.ك معجون طماطم ١ م.ك ثوم مهروس ٣ م.ك دبس رمان ١ م.ص فلفل اسود ١ م.ك ملح ١م.ص ببريكا للصوص ١ كوب زبادي ٢ م.ك طحينيه ١ م.ك خل ١ م.ص ملح ١ م.ص ثوم مهروس كيف نسوي الوصفه؟ في قدر، اضيف زيت الزيتون والبصل ونقلب وبعدها الثوم والملفوف والبهارات والملح والورقيات ومعجون الطماطم والليمون ونقلب ونضيف ١ و ١/٢ كوب ماء ونتركه عشر دقايق يتسبك وبعدها نضيف المكرونه ودبس الرمان ونتركه الين يستوي ، بعد مايستوي اضيفه بصحن التقديم واضيف عليه الصوص والخبز المقلي Cabbage Pasta What ingredients do we need? 1 cup pasta 1 cup greens (coriander, parsley, dried mint) 1 cup cabbage 1 large onion 1 lemon juice 1 toasted or fried bread 1/4 cup olive oil 4 tbsp tomato paste 1 tbsp crushed garlic 3 tbsp pomegranate molasses 1 tsp black pepper 1 tbsp salt 1 tsp paprika For the sauce 1 cup yogurt 2 tbsp tahini 1 tbsp vinegar 1 tsp salt 1 tsp crushed garlic How do we make the recipe? In a pot, add olive oil and onions and stir, then add garlic, cabbage, spices, salt, greens, tomato paste and lemon, stir and add 1 and 1/2 cups of water and leave it for ten minutes to thicken. Then add pasta and pomegranate molasses and leave it until cooked.
