This is a quick & yummy breakfast idea for busy people!☺️ • Ingredients: 1 banana 1 egg optional: 1 tablespoon maple syrup (or any other sweetener) 1 tablespoon peanut/almond butter 1/2 cup gluten-free oats (120 ml) 1 1/2 tablespoons unsweetened cacao powder 1/2 teaspoon baking powder 1/2 cup almond milk (120 ml) +1 piece of dark chocolate (I used 80% dark chocolate) • Instructions: 1. Put all the ingredients (except the piece of chocolate) into a blender and mix until smooth 2. Pour into a greased ramekin or a bowl. Add the piece of chocolate on top. Microwave for 2 - 2 1/2 minutes (800W).
