I’m definitely obsessed with my cheeseboards, so I’m super excited to make one with Castello for the holidays. Their premium quality cheese never disappoints and is incomparable to any other IMHO. So I created 3 cheeseboards with my favourite cheese that represents my generation (the best generation), Gen Z! I challenge you to create a cheeseboard that represents your generation! Check out @CastellocheeseCanada for more tips on Canada’s #1 specialty cheese! #Castellocheese #CastelloCheeseCanada #FeedYourSenses #GenerationalCheeseboard #GiveTheGiftofCheese #HolidaySeason #ad #CheeseBoard Air-Fried Brie: Ingredients – Castello Brie, honey, nuts (I chose almonds), pomegranate seeds Instructions: 1.Pre-heat air fryer to 350 F 2.Score Castello Brie and drizzle with honey 3.Place brie in air fryer for 10-15 mins or until golden brown 4.Chop choice of nuts and sprinkle onto brie after cooled 5.Add pomegranate seeds for flavor Minimalist Board: Ingredients – Castello Premium Havarti, Tickler, and Gouda, Castello Taste Hawaii (pineapple and almond cream cheese) and Taste Mexico (sweet and spicy pepper cream cheese) , crackers of choice, grapes (or any fruit) of choice Instructions: 1.Cut a few slices of each cheese and place on board 2.Add crackers and fruit of choice in for aesthetic 3. Create fun names so your guests know which cheese they’re eating Blue Cheese Butter Boards “I’ll have a Blue Cheese Christmas Without You” Ingredients – Castello’s Velvet Blue Cheese, diced apple, prosciutto, honey, pomegranate seeds, baguette Instructions: 1.Spread the Velvet blue on the board as per the video above 2.Dice apples and sprinkle them all over the board 3.Slice/twirl prosciutto and place in desired areas on board 4.Sprinkle pomegranate seeds for extra flavor and a pop of colour 5.Drizzle honey all over the board to a desired amount And finally, you’re ready to indulge in the Generation Z inspired cheeseboards with exceptional taste thanks to @CastellocheeseCanada - @logfabbro
