BACON JAM TOPPED HAMBURGERS Ready to try some bacon jam on your next hamburgers? ✅ Make sure to SAVE and SHARE this one immediately! Let’s get to it! INGREDIENTS: -1 lb @Good Ranchers bacon -1 lb @goodranchers ground beef -1 large sweet onion -1 tbsp balsamic vinegar -1 tbsp brown sugar -2 tbsp maple syrup -1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes -3 slices cheddar cheese -Hamburger buns DIRECTIONS: 1.) Slice your bacon into small chunks. Dice your onion and heat a large pan over medium heat. 2.) Add a tbsp olive oil to a pan and then add in your onions. Cook until softened. Add your balsamic vinegar. Stir and continue cooking. Then add in your diced bacon. 3.) Once onions are fully softened, add in the brown sugar, maple syrup and pepper flakes. Stir to combine. Cook for another few minutes and remove from heat. 4.) Loosely form your patty’s and cook to your desired doneness…which of course is medium 😜 5.) Butter your buns and toast them. I chose to put down some hot @melindasfoods hot sauce on the bottom bun, then the bacon jam, burger, cheese, more bacon jam, then ketchup and top bun. 6.) What do you think?
