I do this all the time, with everything ( childhood abuse and neglect and I think CPTSD) My biggest problem is these daydreams become my hopes and I’m permanently disappointed with life because it never pans out as it does in my head!

I actually just created an OP version of myself where I can go into any story I love and save the characters I love. even when I daydream I avoid personal relationships😅 I just make myself a superhero😆
