@eco.amical: Last time I made coffee infused oil for skincare and it didn’t work so I’m using the oil to make brownies. I love the combination of chocolate and coffee. I’m also using pumpkins in my brownies because it replaces egg and butter. You won’t even taste the pumpkin and it will make it more moist. Pumpkins are a great source of beta carotene just like carrots. 3 cups flour ½ cup cane sugar 1 cup brown sugar 1 cup cocoa powder 1 cup shredded coconut 1 tsp baking powder ½ tsp salt ¼ of a roasted pumpkin or 2-3 cups of pumpkin puree ¾ cup of infused coffee oil 1 cup of chocolate chips Bake at 350 for 1 hour #brownies #vegan #reducefoodwaste #DIY #Recipe #foodwaste #punpkinrecipe #LearnOnTikTok
