@blackdog_bbq: Would you try this fire-roasted rack of lamb?? 🐑🔥 . This cook was so fun and one heck of a way to break in my new @primoceramicgrills . This is actually my first time using a ceramic-style grill, and I love the versatility it provides. Quickly turning in to a huge fan. But back to that rack of lamb.
