Try these glute kick backs at the gym or at home. 4 sets x 15 reps each side. 👉the reason I’m standing on a plate is because your toe should never hit the ground or it takes pressure off the glute muscle. So be sure to stand on something when doing these. ⬇️ The bands I’m using are made by the Xbands, the the L🔗 is in my description🤗 to find them.
