my puppy fell off the bed last night and he started whining and yalping and then he started limping his leg but he stopped yalping and whining when I started petting him but he still jumps off the bed on his own just can't jump on it on his own now but he still limps u think it's something that will heal on its own?? like a sprain he's 5 months old and been resting and getting up trying to play again

My dog is overweight and she was running yesterday. I think she pulled or strained her back foot and she barely puts any pressure. I made her go potty on her pee pad I can’t walk her because we live in apartments and there’s a bunch of stairs
