Bed bugs are a nightmare. You can not get rid of them. If that’s a bedbug it’s an adult which means you’ve got them all over your apartment. You have to get an exterminator. They can either spray or heat up your house. The spray is not 100% effective so do the heat.

Girl you need a lot more than a steamer for bedbugs. BUT I SOO highly recommend cimexa dust (can get on Amazon)- from unfortunate personal experience

Lots of good advice in here for bed bugs. Good advice I got from pest control was to use WHITE bedding as it easier to see any pests or their waste.
