@caloriechat: AVOCADO PASTA 🥑 // 📸: @itsvegansis 💚 full recipe ↓ This is one of the best pastas I’ve had! It’s super creamy, light, and sooo easy to make! INGREDIENTS: (for 200-250 g pasta) - 3 small / 1 1/2 large avocados - 1/2 c basil - 2 garlic cloves - 1 tbsp nutritional yeast - 1 tbsp olive oil - juice from 1/2 a lemon - salt & pepper - 1/2 cup pasta water INSTRUCTIONS: Make the pasta like suggested on the package. When the pasta is ready take 1/2 cup of the pasta water and keep for later. Strain the pasta and set aside. In the meantime make the sauce by blending all the ingredients (including the pasta water) until very smooth and creamy. Add the sauce into the pot with the pasta and mix to combine. Optional: serve with black pepper, chili flakes and fresh basil.
