To buy property in a trust you have to have a hefty deposit ( like 50%) so as it’s +ve CF. Good if u can.

You gotta but the property as a trust in the first instance too. if you transfer it, that is a capital gain event and you'll pay tax

But you always have to keep land tax in mind!!!! Most family trust doesn’t receive land tax threshold. That could be $13,000 a year of tax payments
