I'm using a gel (my derm prescribed me) at night, and when i out on my "daytime" cream my skin gets super flaky. i used the gel before with a different cream and it didn't happen

I love my Cetaphil gentle exfoliating cleanser. I have very sensitive skin…Doesn’t destroy the skin barrier and keeps it moisturized & smooth!

When I first started Tret, any time I would get flaky, I would exfoliate. Lots of breakouts and damaged barrier. But I’m on the other side now! 🙌🏻
